By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 333okh platform — including via any mobile browser, progressive web application, or any other method of access — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other users of the platform without exception.

Your acceptance of these terms is confirmed at the point of account registration when you check the acknowledgment box indicating that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions. However, mere use of the platform without registration also constitutes implied acceptance of these terms insofar as they relate to browsing and information access.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and should be interpreted according to the ordinary meaning of the English words used. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 333okh account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

If 333okh determines at any point that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria — including the age requirement — the account will be closed, any bonus funds will be forfeited, and, where a minor is involved, any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any winnings generated while the account was active, as those winnings are void.

One Account Rule

Account Security

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

333okh operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and security obligations. KYC verification is typically required before your first withdrawal is processed, and may be triggered at other times at 333okh's discretion. Satisfactory KYC verification requires submission of a clear copy of a valid Bangladesh NID and may also require proof of payment method ownership. KYC review is typically completed within one to two hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.

All financial transactions on the 333okh platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 333okh does not impose currency conversion fees. Your account balance at all times reflects your net position in BDT.

Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via mobile financial services are typically credited to your 333okh account balance instantly or within five minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating bank.

Bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balance that is free of wagering conditions is eligible for withdrawal. Free Spins

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333okh platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. 333okh reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct not listed here constitutes a violation of the spirit of these terms.

Either you or 333okh may close your account at any time. The process differs depending on whether closure is voluntary (player-initiated) or involuntary (333okh-initiated).

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your 333okh account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the payment method on file, subject to completed KYC verification. Real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last-used payment method. Bonus funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory directive requiring account suspension or closure.

In the event of a 333okh-initiated closure due to a terms breach, bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money deposits (net of any fraudulently obtained winnings) will generally be returned to the player unless the funds themselves are subject to a legal hold or fraud investigation. 333okh will communicate the reason for closure to the extent permissible by law.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached, applied against available real-money balance. The account will not be reduced below zero and no debt will arise from dormancy fees. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required verification steps.

The 333okh platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 333okh takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, security, and accuracy, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical defects at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333okh's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to 333okh during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

333okh shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, even if 333okh has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business or opportunity.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Losses arising from events outside 333okh's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, mobile network outages, or third-party payment system failures.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk. Any money you wager on the 333okh platform may be lost. 333okh does not guarantee any outcome of any game or sporting event. The platform is intended for entertainment purposes only, and you should never wager money that you cannot afford to lose.

Dispute Resolution

A senior review will be conducted within ten (10) BST business days of receipt of the escalation. The decision reached at the conclusion of the senior review represents 333okh's final position on the matter.

333okh strongly encourages players to resolve disputes through the support process described above before pursuing any other avenue. The platform is committed to fair, transparent, and timely dispute resolution for all players in Bangladesh.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the relevant jurisdiction. By using the 333okh platform, you agree that any legal proceedings relating to your use of the platform shall be conducted in English.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the 333okh platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 333okh with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

No waiver by 333okh of any breach of these terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of 333okh to be effective.
